Stimulus Stirs Debate Over Rural Broadband Access

The counties in darkest blue have the highest percentage of farms with broadband connections; those in light yellow have the smallest percentage of high speed Internet users.

I found this NPR article on a debate on the following topic: should the stimulus package include funding Broadband Internet across Rural America?
